The food at Kuroiwa Ryokan changes daily, using the most delicious ingredients of the season.

    Meals include Tateshina Beef, soba Sobagaki (buckwheat mash) made with buckwheat flour Produced in Shinshu, vegetables from the local salt fields, seasonal wild plants and mushrooms, and more.
    Our chefs carefully select the ingredients and prepare each dish with care.
    Please enjoy our dishes that make the most of the natural flavors of the ingredients and bring out their deliciousness.

    We grow our own vegetables, such as eggplants and tomatoes, and use fresh, seasonal produce. You can also enjoy local specialties such as wild plants, mushrooms, and soba noodles.
